Programme and project management

We manage and deliver single projects and complex programmes of work. For businesses that want to try something new, or simply don't want to distract the team from the existing BAU, we can provide valuable support in stitching everything together and ensuring your new projects and initiatives come to life. For us, project management is less about formal Prince 2 systems and RACI charts, and more about finding out what you need, pulling everybody together, and making it happen.

Interim management

Which is why we're happy to provide interim management for businesses needing a flexible pair of hands for a while. Whether it's a new role that needs some time to evolve and settle, an existing role that needs some interim cover, or simply a project that needs launching before being absorbed into the rest of the business, we can help lead the team.

Operational delivery

Strategy is meaningless without good execution. We provide support with day-to-day business management and operations, sorting things out and getting things ship shape. We have access to a number of specialist associates who can support in specific sectors (e.g. finance) or provide invaluable 'generalist' help.

Governance

Getting the most from your Board and team is vital. As is making sure you have the right people, processes, checks and balances. We work with trustees, Exec Boards and senior managers to help implement, review and revise all the components that make good governance. We sit on Boards and we work with Boards, we advise leadership teams and we create processes and documentation - whatever it takes to get the right outcome.
